Our pricing is prorated, which means you’ll pay for the number of days in each plan—nothing more, nothing less. If you buy a monthly plan on any day of the month, it expires on the 1st day of the following month and payment is also pro-rated. ❓ Would it be a loss for me to buy a monthly plan at the end of the month? 💬 This is not the case. We will charge you for the remaining days of the month on a pro-rata basis and provide you with the appropriate amount of data e.g. If you purchase a plan in the middle of the month, you will only pay 50% of the full cost and be given 50% of the data (the 4 will still be unlimited). You will not be charged the full monthly fee. In any case, you always pay for what you get. You can check your payment history or check the "Billing" - "Expenses".

Using [Premium Servers] will consume Premium Data.All servers with names [beginning with CN] are premium servers.Premium Servers are specially optimized for users in mainland China, they are designed to be super fast even under bad network conditions.Service is suspended when normal data is depleted and Premium Servers are not available while service is suspended.
We need your billing address to calculate VAT, this info will ONLY be provided to the Dutch Tax Authorities (Belastingdienst). For users with billing address within the EU, an additional VAT will apply. Any questions regarding the collection of this info, please feel free to contact us.
When the network glitches, the service will not be automatically activated in time after payment. If the payment is still not received after 15 minutes, don't worry, just contact customer service.
If your previous service was only purchased for one month, i.e. it expires on the 1st of the following month... After your data runs out, you can purchase any plan you want to activate the current month's service, just as you did the first time you activated your service. However, if you have purchased the previous service for more than one month, i.e. the expiry date is not the 1st of the following month. You will have to upgrade your plan to PRO to get the service back immediately, otherwise you will have to wait until the 1st of the following month to get the new supply of data. Continuing to purchase a BASIC Plan at this time will only extend your service time and will not restore the service immediately.
Unfortunately, NO. All devices must be your personal device. Sharing accounts with others is a violation of the Terms of Service and accounts will be deleted and no refunds will be issued. The devices available for our monthly plans must be devices that you personally own, including computers, mobile phones, iPads, routers, PS4s, etc. We limits the number of devices that are online and using the service at the same time, not the number of devices you have configured for the service. Sharing an account with a parent/partner who lives under the same roof is acceptable as long as the number of devices using the service at the same time does not exceed the limit of your plan. We have always maintained as much tolerance as possible for light abuse, but this does not mean that we acquiesce to breaking the rules. If you feel that our terms of service are not suitable for you, then thank you for your continued support and please find another service provider as soon as possible so that the removal of the service does not affect your business.
